Directions
Shake bottle well before use. Draw up one dropper full (1ml) by squeezing the bulb. Transfer the content into a 200ml glass of water, mix with a spoon and consume once or twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. Once prepared, consume within 30 minutes.
