Directions​

Take 30 minutes before a meal, 3 times a day.

Empty the contents of one sachet into a dry, medium sized glass. Fill a 1/4 of the glass with cold water & stir until completely dissolved. Drink shot straight away.
Follow each shot with 1-2 glasses of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Store below 25˚C, in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Risk of choking for individuals with swallowing difficulties or when ingesting with inadequate fluid intake. Ensure plenty of water is consumed with every dose of sachet - see directions.

*Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in 3 doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals.

 

Glucomannan is the only active ingredient that has been
recognised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) in relation to weight loss. Results may vary from person to person. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
