Directol Super Ice gel is a non-greasy pain relieving gel to be applied to the skin. Directol Super Ice gel cools the skin bringing about pain relief. Directol Super Ice gel is suitable for the relief of pain in muscles, tendons, joints and is suitable for sports injuries.

Directions
Adults (including the elderly) and children over 12 years should gently massage Directol Super Ice gel into the affected area 2-3 times daily until the gel is rubbed in and wash hands immediately after use.
Caution
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use on the face, around the eyes, lips, sensitive body areas, inflamed and broken skin. Do not use on children under 12 years without medical advice. Test on a small area of the skin first. If irritation occurs stop using.
Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, asthmatic or on any medication.
