Directol
Directol Super Heat gel is a non-greasy pain relieving gel to be applied to the skin. Directol Super Heat gel provides fast and effective warning relief from muscular pain and stiffness including rheumatic pain, backache, fibrositis, lumbago and sciatica. It can also be used for the treatment of chilblains, bruises and sprains and is suitable for sports injuries..

Directions
Adults (including the elderly) and children over 12 years should gently massage Directol Super Heat gel into the affected area 2-3 times daily until the gel is rubbed in and wash hands immediately after use. Directol Super Heat gel can also be used before and after exercise.
Caution
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use on the face, around the eyes, lips, sensitive body areas, inflamed and broken skin. Do not use on children under 12 years without medical advice. Test on a small area of the skin first. If irritation occurs stop using.
Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, asthmatic or on any medication.
