Folic Acid is essential to a healthy pregnancy as it contributes to maternal

tissue growth during pregnancy and helps prevent Neural Tube Defects. Folic acid also has a role in the process of cell division and normal blood formation.

Ferrous Sulphate (Iron) contributes to the normal formation of red blood

cells and haemoglobin as well as normal oxygen transport in the body.

Iron also contributes to normal cognitive function and normal energy-release.

Folic Acid & Ferrous Sulphate both contribute to the normal function of the

immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions

Take one capsule daily with your main meal.
Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

This product contains Ferrous Sulphate (Iron), which if taken

in excess by very youngchildren may be harmful.
